Thank you for shopping with The Faceless Underground.
All products sold through our store are made-to-order using a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. As such, each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
1. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Preference issues (e.g. color, design choice)
Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will only offer a replacement or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
- Include your order number
Once verified, we will arrange:
- A replacement at no cost, or
- A full refund (at our discretion)
3. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but not received:
- Please first check with your local courier/post office
- If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days
We will investigate with the fulfillment provider before issuing any replacement.
4. Shipping Delays
All products are produced and shipped by a third-party partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Production backlogs
- Customs processing
- Courier disruptions
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
